– Possess strong leadership skills to develop and foster a vibrant youth ministry so that our youth feel both loved and supported by their congregation and also learn to disciple and love others in their community
– Exudes and inspires a high level of excellence and commitment to the youth ministry program so that our students have a reliable, God-fearing role model they can look up to and emulate
– Understands and owns the value of a powerful youth group experience by designing engaging meetings that allow students to encounter God and open their hearts.
