On Sunday, December 20, bundle up and join us in singing some familiar carols by candle light. We’ll gather by family groups (masks and social distance please) in front of church at 6:00pm. If it’s too cold, and you’d rather do your caroling from the back of your vehicle, back it in, open the hatch, and sing out!
Blue Christmas • An Advent Candlelight Service for All Who Grieve
“The Longest Night” of the year…
While every year there are individuals who struggle with a mix of emotions during the Christmas season, 2020 has not left any of us untouched. This year, as we experience both individual and communal grief and lament, it will be more important than ever to acknowledge that fact in worship.
On Monday evening, December 21, we will have a Blue Christmas candlelight service at 7pm. During the service, there will be a time where we acknowledge the persons who have been loved and lost. Please join us on Livestream https://livestream.com/srclive/events/9448026
You are invited to email a photo of a loved one missing from your celebrations and gatherings this year. Please email your photo to the church office (firstname.lastname@example.org) by Wednesday, December 16.

This year we will begin celebrating the birth of Jesus with a Candlelight Service of scripture and song on Christmas Eve, December 24, at 6:00pm. Join us on Livestream at https://livestream.com/srclive/events/9448446
