This is our foundation. For us, a rediscovery of what is most important, our first love. We long to grow in knowledge of the Word, and to grow more into the image of Jesus Christ. We know our only true stability lies in firmly anchoring ourselves in Christ.
We have learned that our relationship with Christ must shape our relationships with each other. Our desire is to push ourselves to be a community where our relationships with each other are deep and real--as they must be if we are truly in Christ. We want to walk the talk TOGETHER.
Deep in our DNA is a desire to reach and serve our neighbors. We hope to meet and reach out to our neighbors respectfully, where they are--listening, empathizing, meeting needs and inviting neighbors into the freedom of Christ we enjoy ourselves. We want to model the selfless love of Christ, that puts others before ourselves.
We believe that children are an important part of our church community. We offer age-specific ministries for children pre-K through 12th grade, where they can learn about God in a fun and engaging way.
We are committed to nurturing the faith of the next generation and providing a safe, welcoming environment where children can grow in their relationship with God.
We believe in nurturing the spiritual growth and holistic development of adults in our community. Our adult programs are designed to provide meaningful opportunities for fellowship, learning, and service.
Community Connect Nights (Wednesday evenings during the school year) are dedicated to bringing together members of the congregation and the broader community for fellowship, spiritual growth, and wholesome activities.
We’ve recently added a hospitality team in an effort to create a more welcoming and friendly environment for both newcomers and regular attendees. This team’s responsibilities typically include:
Our groups and organizations are vital for building and maintaining strong, supportive relationships within the congregation. They provide structured opportunities for interaction, collaboration, and mutual support, enhancing the sense of community and spiritual connection among members. We are proud to offer the following groups for our members and visitors:
We believe that each of us are called to join God in bringing hope and healing to the world around us. We believe that in our neighborhoods, workplaces, and communities we are called to serve the poor, the marginalized, and those in need; that we are to work for the common good, and seek to restore individuals, social systems, and communities to God’s design.
We believe Christ, with his broken body and shed blood is at the center of all we do and that we are called to live according to God’s Word. For this reason, we welcome ALL people into the loving embrace of our worshipping community and fellowship. We acknowledge that every one of us is a sinner in need of God’s grace and that Jesus came to seek and save the lost, calling us all to repentance.
As we continue to confess that none of us are perfect, and each one of us lives outside of God’s will for us, we will seek, as a church, to have the heart and mind of Jesus, living together in humility and love, bearing with one another, and seeking those things that make for unity, purity, and peace. You are welcome here, in the name of Jesus!
Pastor Suzanne and our congregation want to walk by your side prayerfully through life's highs and lows. Whether you have a celebration or a concern, please let us know how we can pray for you.
