REV. SUZANNE HART
TRANSITION PASTOR
Pastor Suzanne is originally from beautiful upstate New York. She graduated from Hope College and New Brunswick Theological Seminary. She served churches in NY and NJ as a co-pastor with her husband, Kevin, who also is an RCA pastor.
Pastor Suzanne has helped many other churches with their transitions between pastors, most recently as the Transition Pastor of Lakeland Reformed Church in Vicksburg, MI. Pastor Suzanne loves preaching and studying the Word, hiking, writing, reading, and spending time with her beloved family and two schnauzers–Mia and Meadow.
TAYLOR PARTRIDGE
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Taylor graduated from Grace Christian University in 2019 with à degree in Human Services. She met her husband, Ethan, at Grace and got married in May of 2020. In her spare time, she loves going thrift shopping, playing with her dog, writing, hanging out with friends and family, and going on new adventures.
WOLF UNDERBERG
WORSHIP LEADER
Wolf recently finished his Master’s in Vocal Jazz performance from WMU. Being a worship leader is something that he has always wanted to do post graduation. On top of music, Wolf enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and helping her run her wedding rental and décor business. He also has a passion for automotive!
JULIEN BUGBEE
WORSHIP TEAM ACCOMPANIST
Julian is a Music Composition Major at Western Michigan University and he resides in Kalamazoo. He plays guitar, piano, bass and sings. Because of his many talents, Julian will be able to shift positions on the worship team based on the volunteers that are available on a given week and overall, he will ensure we have consistent accompaniment each week as we continue to strengthen our worship team.
JACE KOOIKER
YOUTH MINISTRY DIRECTOR
TECHNOLOGY LEADER
Jace is a graduate of Cornerstone University, where he studied Marketing and Ministry. Jace has a wide range of hobbies and interests that include all sorts of outdoor activities as well as officiating basketball! His passion for youth ministry stems from his past experiences in youth group and through mission trips. His life drastically changed because of the relationships he made, and things that he learned as a youth.
HARMONY MORRIS
KID'S HOPE DIRECTOR
CHILDREN'S MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Harmony has been a member at Standale Reformed Church for 24 years. Harmony graduated from Kuyper College in 2006, majoring in Educational Ministries and Bible/Theology. For years Harmony has served as a volunteer supporting many of the children’s ministries here at SRC. She has a deep passion for children and great excitement about the wonderful ministry of Kids Hope. Harmony is married to Andy and is the mother of Rachel and Joshua. When she has spare time, she likes to scrapbook, read, or hang out with extended family.
PHYLLIS BERGMAN
CUSTODIAN
Phyllis has been the custodian since 2016 and serves in other capacities as well. She has been a member of SRC for over 37 years. She has been married to Tom for over 43 years; has two adult sons, one daughter in law, and 4 grandchildren. In her spare time she likes to crochet, work Sudoku puzzles, and spend time with family and friends.
TOM BERGMAN
MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR
Tom Bergman has been at Standale Reformed Church for many years and more recently became our Maintenance Director. Tom was raised Christian Reformed but married into the Reformed Church when he married his wife Phyllis 50 years ago. He and Phyllis have two sons and four grandkids. Their grandchildren (and their parents) live with them. Tom loves the outdoors and enjoys fishing, hunting, gardening and fixing stuff. He finds fishing stuff wherever he goes! Tom is excited to serve at Standale because he believes God gave him the gift to help others
